These games honestly don't work.No matter what I or my friend do,they have never worked,no matter what we try to do.

We downloaded the klite pack.We have updated our graphics cards too.

That did not help.These games just crash and crash.

Can you please just give a full refund for these four games in the amount of:

$49.36.

I really don't want to waste anymore of your time or mone or my friend's going back and forth,since the issue is not with the serial numbers at all.

The programs crash as soon as we try to open them and they don't work at all.

Pleae do the right thing and give me a full refund for these defective and incopatible games please.

I was not trying to play the same game on two different machines.   I was trying to make the games work.   

The four games that I purchased for myself and for my friend, crash a few minutes after I launch them.    

My friend has the same kind of problems.I purchased two copies of each of these games,for a total of four copies of these two games.  

 These games won't work on any device,that I try to run them on.    

The same problem happens with my friend and the two games that I boughtfor him as well.  

 The games crash and won't run at all,even before I can see any screen to enter the serial numbers.   

I have tried to wait and see if maybe these four games might work at some point,but they honestly seem to be incompatible with my computer and my friend's computer as well.

Recently I bought two copies of another of your game,The Chronicles of Lancelot - 3D NSFW gay game,and it also does not work.I paid, $14.69,for each of these both copies of this new games just two days ago,so that I could have both the standard Itch.io,non gold version and the Gold version too.Both me and my friend have also tried to play both of these versions too and they honestly don't work.

I bought two copies of Dik Journey, in this last year and they don't work.I originally bought them from,Gumroad and when I had problems with that version,your company sent me,two Itch.io,licenses,which I redeemed on my own itch.io account, and my friend,whom I bought the second copy of this game for,redeemed on his own,Itch.io,account as well.
